Personnel- The Board of Education will consider and may vote to convene into Executive Session to discuss personnel recommended for employment, hiring, raises, stipends, appointment, promotion, demotion, reassigning, disciplining and resignations.  The Board of Education will discuss the Superintendents Mid-Term Observation, the disclosure of which would violate confidential rights under state and federal law as authorized by 25 Oklahoma State Section  307B (1) & (7)  (The Oklahoma Meeting Act).
