Description:

One or more members of the Board may participate telephonically in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207 (Electronic Meetings). Note: Board meeting schedule subject to change. The purpose of the open meetings provisions is to ensure that public bodies take their actions openly and conduct their deliberations openly in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-102(2), with the knowledge of the public. Approve 2025-2026 School Year Trust Land Plans https://schoollandtrust.schools.utah.gov/login?redirect=%2Fhome Our adopted rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Robert's Rules, provide for a consent agenda listing several items for approval of the Board by a single motion. Most of the items listed under the consent agenda have gone through Board subcommittee review and recommendation. Documentation concerning these items has been provided to all Board members and the public in advance to assure an extensive and thorough review. Items may be removed from the consent agenda at the request of any board member. |

The Board cannot allow public comments about the shortcomings of specific individuals, as this could place the Board in the position of facilitating slander.
