USD 244 has received two offers for the property located directly west of the recreation center and south of Burlington High School (see attached survey for legal description).
The Board of Education is asked to review the submitted offers and consider approval of one in accordance with the terms outlined in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and to authorize Trustpoint Real Estate to execute all necessary closing documents on behalf of the district.
