Motion to approve Auditor for School year 2025-2026 and Estimate of Needs for FY 2026-2027.

Motion to renew contract with Wayne Beam (Barlow Education Management Services) for Federal Program management for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Motion to accept Letter of Retirement from Joy Mayfield. 

Discussion and possible motion to amend the Sweetwater School Valedictorian and Salutatorian Policy. 

Discussion and possible motion to begin a softball program at Sweetwater School beginning FY 2026-2027.
