Motion to designate First Bank of Erick, Great Plains Bank of Sayre, and First National Bank of Sayre as Depositories for the Sweetwater Public School I-015 accounts for FY 2025-2026.

Motion and vote to continue Sweetwater School's Child Nutrition Loan Agreement and implement the Child Nutrition Procurement Plan for FY 2025-2026.

Motion and vote to appoint Casey Reed as Federal Program Coordinator for Sweetwater Public School for FY 2025-2026.

Motion and vote to continue the Sweetwater Public School I-015 Investment Plan for FY 2025-2026.

Motion and vote to appoint Jenna Gray as Encumbrance Clerk for Sweetwater School for FY 2025-2026.

Motion and vote to appoint Phyllis Abernathy as Treasurer for Sweetwater School for FY 2025-2026.
