The Millwood Board of Education uses a consent agenda during school board meetings. Items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all items. The consent agenda consists of the consideration, review, discussion and possible motion to approve the following items as listed under the appropriate categories and identified individually by number and/or alphabet. A. Discussion and vote to approve the Certificate of Municipal Order and authorize the Oklahoma County Clerk and County Treasurer of Oklahoma County, to pay over any public funds collected for Independent School District Number 37, with the provisions of 68 Okl.St.Ann. 2923, to David Harp as Treasurer for the term of appointment. B. Action to approve Fund 26 to establish an account for Millwood Early Childhood Academy revenue, payables, and payroll. C Activity Fund 1. Action to approve collection of a concession sale for Millwood Powderpuff game on March 27, 2025, and proceeds to be placed in the 808.1 activity account. 2. Action to approve collection of 2025 prom fees for the Class of 2026 and proceeds to be placed in the 914.1 activity account. 3. Action to approve collection of admission for Millwood Powderpuff game on March 27, 2025, and proceeds to be placed in the 914.1 activity account. 4. Action to approve Eagle Gourmet Select of Eagle Fundraising, a fundraiser for Millwood Marching Band and proceeds to be placed in the 921.1 activity account. 5.
