19. Discuss and take action to accept Killeen Crushed Stone as a vendor for the purchase of road materials (Denman).

20. Review, discuss and take action to proceed with the possibility of attaining grants for a Flood Management Evaluation as proposed by the Texas Water Development Board (Whitmire and Payne).

21. Discuss and take action on an agreement between Milam County and the City of Thorndale regarding a fence between the city stockpiles and the baseball fields. (Payne).
