   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.

7. Discuss and take action on an agreement between Milam County and the City of Thorndale regarding a fence between the city stockpiles and the baseball fields. (Payne).

9. Discuss and take action on a variance application from Mike Chambers on 345 CR 106 in Buckholts (Hubnik).

10. Discuss and take action on a variance application from Jeremy Ulicnik for 1083 FM 1600 in Cameron (Hubnik).

11. Discuss and take action on a variance application from Victor Martinez at 2083 CR 259 in Cameron (Denman).

12. Discuss and take action on an installation request from Bartlett Electric 0.17 miles West of the FM 486 and CR 428 intersection on CR 428 (Payne).

13. Discuss and take action to approve Private Road 1846 for a new pump station off of E. Gillis in Cameron (Whitmire).

15. Discuss and take action on a Utility Installation request from Bell, Milam, Falls Water Supply to place a water line within the right of way of CR 404 Loop (Hubnik).

18. Discuss, consideration and action to terminate contract for the collection of delinquent court fines and fees with McCreary, Veselka, Bragg and Allen, P.C.

19. Discussion and take action to adopt written findings as to collection services contract and approve a contingent fee contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins and Mott, LLP pursuant to Article 103.0031, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, said contract being for the collection of delinquent court fines and fees owed to Milam County, notice of which is provided with the agenda in accordance with Section 2254.1036 of the Government Code.

21. Discuss and take action on the purchase plan in regard to the fire apparatuses  involved with the seven Texas Forestry Service Grants for the area Volunteer Fire Departments including: Cameron VFD, Gause VFD, Milano VFD, Minerva VFD, Rockdale VFD, and the Thorndale VFD.

22. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
