   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.

   d. Permissions for Entry and Waivers of Claims.

9. Discuss and take action to Accept the Records Archive Plan as presented by Milam County Clerk Jodi Morgan.

10. Consider and act upon termination of contract for the collection of delinquent property taxes with McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen, P.C. (MVBA)

11. Take action to adopt written findings and approve a contingent fee contract with Perdue Branden Fielder Collins and Mott, LLP pursuant to Section 6.30 of the Tax Code, said contract being for the collection of delinquent property taxes owed to Milam County and notice of said contract is posted with the agenda in accordance with Section 2254 of the Government Code.

12. Discuss and take action on the dental and vision insurance plan for county employees for 2025-2026 as presented by ANCO.

13. Consider and take action on a Utility Installation Request made by the Marlow WSC for a water line to be placed within the right-of-way on CR 228.

14. Consider and take action on a Utility Installation Request made by the Salem Elm Ridge WSC for a water line to be placed within the right-of-way on CR 215.

15. Consider and take action on a Utility Installation Request made by the Southwest Milam WSC for a water line to be placed within the right-of-way on CR 362.

16. Review, consider and take action on a Letter Agreement assigning the Road Repair Obligations under the Road Use Agreement for repairs and Maintenance of County Road 446 from Gransolar Texas One to Twin Oaks Solar.

17. Review, discuss, and take action on the approval of the Third Amended Tax Abatement Agreement in regard to the BT Jungmann, LLC solar plant to exclude language referencing Wind Energy.

18. Review, discuss, and take action on the approval of the Third Amended Tax Abatement Agreement in regard to the Gransolar Texas One, LLC solar plant to exclude language referencing Wind Energy.

19. Discuss and take action on a request by Sheriff Mike Clore to donate to the San Saba Police Department 10 radios no longer required of the Milam County Sheriff's Department with the introduction of the new radio system.

20. Discuss and take action to set a meeting to interview and select three individuals to serve on the Post Oak Savannah GCD Board of Directors. Director positions set to expire this term include those representing the Municipal, Agricultural, and Industrial Interests.

21. Discuss and take action as determined necessary to handle the damage to county roads caused by activities surrounding the use of various gravel pits throughout Milam County.

22. Discuss and take action on the Order of General Election for Milam County as presented by Milam County Clerk Jodi Morgan.

23. Discuss and take action to set the salaries, expenses or other allowances of the elected and precinct officers.
