7. Discuss and take action as determined necessary to handle the damage to county roads caused by activities surrounding the use of various gravel pits throughout Milam County.

8. Review, discuss, and possibly take action on the proposed injunction on the Crypto-currency project located on FM-486, four miles north of Thorndale.

9. Discuss and take action to raise the court costs associated with Class C Misdemeanor traffic offenses in County Court.

10. Review, discuss and take action on the Appointment of Elections Judges and Alternates for a one-year term from 1 August 2025 through 31 July 2026.

11. Discuss and take action on a variance for Jackie Rothe on property located at 310 W FM 485, Cameron, Texas.

12. Discuss and take action on a variance for Randy & Lee Ann Clanton on property located at 427 County Road 380, Milano, Texas.

13. Discuss and take action on a variance for Courtney Williams for a 2-Acre tract as part of a larger 103.28 acre tract located on County Road 139, just west of Ben Arnold, Texas.

14. Review, discuss and take action on the Final Plat for the Lujano Subdivision located on 16.83 acres on County Road 215A.

15. Review, discuss and take action on the extension of the Commercial Operation Date (COD) for the Camino Solar Project from 31 July 2025 to 31 July 2026 as per the request letter and as stated in the Abatement Agreement of 24 October 2022.

16. Public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code. This designation would allow for tax abatement agreements to be entered into by the County with owners of property within the Reinvestment Zone. The Zone would be designated as the Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (Burgos Project) Reinvestment Zone.

17. Discussion, consideration, and take action on the Amended Reinvestment Zone made the subject of the public hearing as Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (Burgos Project) Reinvestment Zone.

18. Public hearing on the matter of a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by the County with Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (fka Karol Solar II, LLC).

19. Discuss and take action on a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by Milam County and Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (fka Karol Solar II, LLC).

20. Discuss and take action to approve the state-mandated cybersecurity course required for all county employees and acceptance of the cost of $5.00 per employee.
