Description:
The Executive Board meeting was held on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Those present included: Dr. Dan Sullivan from District #87, Dr. Corina Herrera from District #88, Ms. Roshune Pechacek from District # 92, and Dr. Antonia Hill from District # 93. Mr. Michael James, Ms. April Cohen, Ms. LaShonda McDaniel, and Mrs. Cecy Mendoza-Jurek from PAEC Administration was also present. The Executive Board reviewed and recommended approval of all action items on the agenda and requested the wording for the "Sick Leave Donation Policy" be changed. Mr. Krish Mohip from District # 209 will be the Executive Board Representative for the Governing Board Meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. |

13.B. MEETING RECAP
Description:
1) A cordial invite to our member districts, come to visit PAEC for our program’s festive celebrations. 2) PAEC had their first reading of the update from Press Plus 120. 3) There was a discussion of a possible cohort at PAEC. This would allow all staff within the membership a location to go back to school to become a teacher. 4) Geothermal — The Executive Board recommends that each member district receive a bill for their portion. 5) Bereavement days — PAEC is requesting to incorporate bereavement days for staff. This will be voted on in January. |
