9. EXECUTIVE BOARD REPORT
Description:
The Executive Board meeting was held on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Those present included: Ms. Abby Roger (PAEC Governing Board Attorney), Dr. Dan Sullivan from District #87, Ms. Rosalind Banks and Ms. Michaelene Bender from District #88, Dr. Janiece Jackson and Mrs. Roshune Pechacek from District #92, Dr. Kevin Suchinski and Dr. Antonia Hill from District #93, and Mr. Alexander Aschoff from District #209.
Mr. Michael James, Mrs. Vanessa Schmitt, Ms. LaShonda McDaniel, and Mrs. Trainette Latham from PAEC Administration were also present. The Executive Board reviewed and recommended approval of all action items on the agenda except the Geothermal Bid and the BakerTilly Audit Engagement Letter. The Geothermal Bid failed, and the BakerTilly Audit Engagement Letter was tabled. |
