Mission and Welcome Moffat Consolidated School District #2 exists so that our students have a safe learning environment with unique learning opportunities that prepare them for their future. Welcoming Notes Welcome to the regular meeting of the Moffat Consolidated School District 2. The board’s meeting time is dedicated to its strategic mission and top-priority focus areas. Your insights are welcomed as part of the Board’s business meeting. “Public Participation” is an opportunity to present brief comments or pose questions to the board for consideration or follow-up. Each person is asked to limit comments to three minutes. The boundaries are designed to help keep the meeting focused and should in no way limit conversations beyond the board meeting.

Description:
Congratulations to SLV Teacher and Staff Member of the Year Nominations: Catherine Silva and Haven Wellman.
Congratulations to our Cowboy Track Team Athletes for an outstanding season and to our state competitors, Cashel Johnson 3rd Place Men's Discus, Javod Taylor 5th Place Mens100M, Kandra Pollard 8th Place Womens Long Jump, and Chase Shellabarger, 7th Place Men's Shot Put. It has been an incredible year for the hardworking athletes of our small but mighty Moffat Pk-12 and Mountain Valley schools. We also want to extend congratulations to Kandra Pollard, the Southern Peaks League Female Track Athlete of the Year! The Board of Education and the entire district could not be prouder of the dedication, discipline and ongoing growth all of our student athletes have shown this year. Another huge congratulations as we recognize our AD of many hats, Marie Pollard, for being recognized and honored as the Southern Peaks League 1A Coach of the Year! Thank you our district teachers and staff for your hard work, the multiple roles you fill and your dedication to educating the children of our district. Finally, Congratulations to our outstanding Moffat Consolidated School District #2 2026 high school graduates. We wish each of you the very best. |
