Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Board Resolution with a contract to purchase the real property and improvements commonly known as the Ropesville Little League Field located at 602 Main Street, Ropesville, Texas, from the City of Ropesville and authorizing the Superintendent and/or Board President to execute on behalf of the District the contract to purchase the real property and to execute any and all other documents and take any actions necessary to consummate the purchase of said real property from the City of Ropesville with a reverter in the vesting deed providing that the real property be used by the District in the future solely and expressly for park and/or athletic field purposes.
