7. Consider and vote to approve or not approve the Appointments, Resignations and Employment Recommendations as attached as Exhibit A of the Agenda

8. Discussion and vote to approve or not to approve the conflict of interest waiver memorandum with Rosenstein, Fist and Ringold permitting the firm's joint representation of the Mayor for the City of Stillwater, the Stillwater Police Department, and the School District in the lawsuit of Gregory Ashley Moyer v. James v. Marray, et al., United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma Case No. 5:24-cv-429-SLP, and if approved, to authorize its due execution.
