The Lane Change Committee met on September 23 to review documentation requests. Transcripts were analyzed, and course titles were reviewed to ensure they were germane to the position.

14. Approve Early Resignation Guidelines for 2025-2026 - Action

Description:
Early resignation incentives, as outlined in the attached guidelines, are advantageous for the employee and the district. By learning about planned retirements or resignations in December or January, the district can plan ahead and recruit top talent early in the hiring season. These are the same guidelines that WAS has used for several years, and we've been happy with the results.
