IX. Consider and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between West Virginia State Hospital Initiative, Inc., and the Lewis County Board of Education to participate in the RCS Kids Thrive Program for the 2026-2027 school year. 

X. Consider and approve the agreement between PRN Solutions, Inc., and the Lewis County Board of Education to provide Nurses, effective August 19, 2026 to August 18, 2027.

XI. Consider and approve contract between Lewis County Schools and Sharon Pinkney, Autism Specialist, to provide services to students with autism and the teachers serving those students for the 2026-2027 school year in the amount of $90.00/hour, not to exceed 200 hours during the school year without administrative consent from the Special Education Director and Superintendent.

XII. Consider and approve contract with Simmons Consulting (Donna Simmons) to provide services to students with hearing impairments, effective for the 2026-2027 school year in the amount of $600.00 per day/$400.00 per half day of days worked, not to exceed $10,000.00 for the 26-27 school year without administrative consent from Lewis County Schools.

XIV. Consider and approve agreement between the Lewis County Board of Education and Harvey Educational Consulting, Roseann L. Harvey, to provide special education consultation services for the 2026-2027 school year. 

XV. Consider and approve the Preventative Resource Office Program ("PRO Program") agreement between the Lewis County Board of Education and the Lewis County Commission for the 2026-2027 school year (Lewis County High & Robert L. Bland Middle School).  

XVI. Consider and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Lewis County Board of Education and the United Summit Center for the 2026-2027 school year to continue and expand school-based mental health services to students enrolled in Lewis County Schools. 

XVII. Consider and approve the Private Fire Protection Service Agreement between the Lewis County Board of Education (Roanoke Elementary School) and the West Virginia American Water Company. 

XVIII. Consider and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Lewis County Board of Education and St. Patrick Church, Weston, WV, for use of the St. Patrick's gymnasium by the Lewis County High School Boys Basketball Program, effective September 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027. 

XIX. Consider and approve the following Board Goals for the 2026-2027 school year: 1. 80% of Lewis County Schools students, grades 1-12 will show an increase in test scores from the 2025-2026 assessments; 2. Monthly financial statements will be reviewed once a month to maintain a healthy fiscal climate and to inform the public of the fiscal standing of Lewis County Schools; 3. Working closely with the facility director, the board will focus on the resolution of facility problems that have been ongoing for several years; 4. The Board will monitor and oversee all fiscal matters ensuring the budget remains balanced for the 2026-27 school year; 5. The Board will work together with the community, parents, students, administrators, teachers and staff to maintain academic achievement, productive extracurricular activities and good working conditions during the 2026-27 school year due to the flood of July 21, 2026.  

XX. Consider and approve Superintendent Goals for the 2026-2027 school year. 

XXI. Potential Executive Session Under Authority in West Virginia Code Section (b)(9) and (b)(12) to discuss potential strategic initiatives relating to financial priorities for the Lewis County Board of Education; confidential and deliberative information on draft FY27 budgets; the potential investment of public funds and other deliberative matters involving commercial competition which, if made public, might adversely affect the financial or other interest of the Lewis County Board of Education.
