2. Review and approve Minutes of January 11, 2022 Meeting

3. If timely, consider and approve a Human Resources Policy and related Employee Handbook for the hiring of District employees

4. Discuss and consider the hiring of an Executive Director for the District

5. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation matters, contemplated litigation matters, and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code § 551.071

6. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session

7. Update from proposed Executive Director with regard to development related matters and District business

8. Discuss and approve a 2022 meeting calendar, and adopt any orders or resolutions, as may be necessary, and authorize execution and filing thereof

9. Consideration and possible action with regard to existing bookkeeping services, including any new service agreements needed and take any necessary action with respect thereto

10. Review and approve Cash Activity Report and related payments, authorize the opening of any new accounts and approve any necessary fund transfers, and take further action with regard to any additional reporting or budget related matters

11. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates

12. Adjournment
