3. Discuss and review various invoices included in the August 31, 2023 Cash Activity Report, and if timely and appropriate, take further action with regard to thereto

4. Consider and approve engagement of special counsel for compliance review services on behalf of the District, and execute related agreement

5. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, economic development, real estate and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code §551
|
|
6. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session
|
|
7. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates
|
|
8. Adjournment
