13.C. Consideration and possible action regarding the possible donation of right of way/land of the District’s property described as follows: 1.355 acres (59,044 square feet) tract or parcel of land situated in the Joseph Jordan Survey, Abstract No. 357, Williamson County, Texas, and being a portion of a called 61.7162 acre tract of land described in the deed to Coupland Independent School District, recorded in instrument No. 2007071605, said official public records of Williamson County, Texas. The donation of land is for public purposes for the construction of a road part of the County’s 2023 Bond Program CR 460. The Board will further consider a resolution declaring the property is not needed for educational purposes and the District will receive a benefit from the donation.
