*A. Personnel Approval/Updates
Instruction:
1. Notice of retirement of Marilyn Ford, Instructor (GT), effective December 31, 2024. Position will be filled as soon as possible through internal transfer, normal hiring practices, or temporary employment services. 
2. Notification of resignation of Jerry Nance, Choir Director/Music Instructor (SC), effective December 31, 2024, position will be filled as soon as possible through internal transfer, normal hiring practices, or temporary employment services.
3. Notification of resignation of Andrea Jackson, ADN Nursing Instructor (GT), effective October 16, 2024, position will be filled as soon as possible through internal transfer, normal hiring practices, or temporary employment services.
4. Approval of employment for Shelia Powers, ADN Instructor (GT) full-time temporary, annual salary $68,942 budgeted, 10 month, effective date pending. Replacing Andrea Jackson who resigned.

*B. Out of State Travel Requests
1. Out of state travel for Ray Hollis to attend planning sessions and tour of the Huber Corporation in Commerce, Georgia on October 14-17, 2024. Expenses will be paid for by locals funds.
2. Out of state travel for Fredrick Worthy and Madilyn Peters to attend the SEATA Conference in Atlanta, Georgia on February 5-8, 2025. Expenses will be paid for by local funds.
