Instruction:
1. Notification of resignation of Julia Thornton, Librarian (SC), effective January 12, 2024, position will be filled as soon as possible through internal transfer, normal hiring practices, or temporary employment services

*B. Out of State Travel Requests
1. Approval of out-of-state travel for Lloyd Dixon to attend the SASFAA Conference, February 25-28, 2024, Wyndham Grand Orlando in Bonnet Creek, FL.  Expenses will be paid from local funds.
2. Approval of out-of-state travel for Lloyd Dixon and Cathy Stennis to attend the Ellucian Live Conference, April 7-10, 2024, in San Antonio, TX. Expenses will be paid from local funds.
3. Approval for out-of-state travel for Sharon Thompson to attend the 2024 NJCAA Convention to be held on April 15-19 in Charlotte, NC.  Expenses will be paid for out of local funds.
4. Approval of out-of-state travel for Mary Ann Latham and Tshurah Dismuke to attend the 2024 COABE Conference in Nashville, TN on March 17-20, 2024. Expenses will be paid for out of local funds.
5. After the fact approval of out-of-state travel for Cade Wilkerson, Kevie Thompson, Webb Hamilton, Terrance Pope, Ralph Leonard, Harry Satterwhite and Chris Blair to attend the AFCA Coaches Convention in Nashville, TN on January 6-9, 2024. Expenses will be paid for out of local funds.
