The April 13, 2026 Banks School Board Executive Session is called to order at 4:00 pm.

1.3. Approval of Agenda

2. ORS 192.660(2)(d): to conduct deliberations with persons designated to carry on labor negotiations.
Description:
The Banks School District Board of Directors will meet in Executive Session to conduct deliberations with persons designated to carry on labor negotiations and to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. This meeting is held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(d) which allows the Board of Directors to meet in Executive Session. Representatives of the news media shall be allowed to attend the Executive Session. All other members of the audience will be asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. Under ORS192.630(1): The right of public attendance guaranteed by the Public Meetings Law does not include the right to participate by public testimony or comment. |
