Description:
The Board will hear a presentation on the Sensory Social, put on by the middle and high school Leadership classes and held in early February.

3. Audience Comment
Description:
The meeting will now be open to receive public comment. The Board appreciates community members sharing information during public comments. The Board will listen, and possibly ask clarifying questions but generally will not comment on information we hear from the audience. However, following the meeting, the chair, vice chair and superintendent will together determine the appropriate response. The response may be in a public way, a private way or the issue will be added to a future board meeting or work session agenda. Please note that speakers will have five minutes to express their thoughts.

Description:
The 2023-24 School District Calendar has been revised to make up instructional minutes lost due to inclement weather.

Description:
The Board will be presented with the proposed transfer numbers for the 2024-25 school year.

The 2024-25 Budget Committee is fully formed. No new members and no terms are set to expire. For transparency to the public, it is recommended that the Board makes a motion to approve the 2024-25 Budget Committee.
