Description:
This portion of the agenda is for citizens to address any questions or comments to the Board. The Board will listen, take comments and questions under advisement, and not respond at this time. The presiding officer will refer questions to the superintendent for research and response.

8. Closed Session
Description:
Recommended Action: Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Open Meetings Act (Act 267 of 1976) and upon the request of the student's parent, I move that the Board of Education go into closed session for the purpose of conducting a hearing to consider the discipline of a student and Section 8(1)(h) to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute.
