Description:

Description:
The July 25, 2024 certified values were released by Hood, Johnson, and Tarrant counties for the 2024 tax year, which allows Godley ISD to estimate tax revenue for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

Description:
Audience participation at a Board meeting is limited to the public comment portion of the meeting designated for that purpose. 8)a)7) Consider Approving Lunch Pricing for 2024-2025
Description:
Each year, the TEA requires us to perform a Paid Lunch Equity (PLE) calculation to ensure we are in compliance with our Weighted Average Price (WAP) per meal. Based on the PLE calculations for 2024-2025, lunch prices will need to increase $0.35, while breakfast prices will remain unchanged.

8)a)9) Discuss and Consider Amendment to Communication System Agreement Effective October 1, 2024
Description:
This is an amendment to an agreement between Godley ISD and Johnson County related to Communications. These subscriber fees cover equipment, infrastructure, licensing fees, and software, as well as Johnson County facilitating and providing the service.

Description:
TASB Policy Update 123 reflects recommended policy updates to the GISD policy manual. Please see the attached "Explanatory Notes" and "Policy Comparison Packet." The red lined items are recommended for removal, and the blue text is new/added language. LEGAL policies are not adopted by the board; only LOCAL policies. |
