Description:
Audience participation at a Board meeting is limited to the public comment portion of the meeting designated for that purpose. Per H.B. 2840 all public comments shall be limited only to items on the board agenda for consideration. At all other times during a Board meeting, the audience shall not enter into discussion or debate on matters being considered by the Board, unless requested by the presiding officer. BED(LOCAL)

4)a) Consideration and possible action to approve the Change Order for the Godley High School Phase 2 Construction Project.
Godley HS Phase 2 was bid on an early document set in an attempt to reduce the impact of cost escalation and long lead items.This change order will address the anticipated changes between the bid set and the construction set of documents. This will also address changes made by JCSUD after the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) was awarded. Had the project bid on final documents, the cost of this change order would have been included in the GMP. |

4)b) Consideration and possible action to approve the Change Order for the Godley High School Phase 3 Construction Project.
The athletic field at Legacy Elementary was included in the original scope of work but was removed due to cost escalation impact on the bond. At this stage of construction of phase 3, cost-saving measures have enabled this scope of work to be completed with no impact to the GMP. |
