D.3. Approve the financial report allowing bills from September 1 through September 30, 2023. 

D.4. Approve the addition of three Parent Educators and increase the number of days for four current Parent Educators in the Bright Beginnings program. 

D.5. Approve the addition of a Bilingual Parent Educator Support for Bright Beginnings.

D.6. Approve the addition of a CTE Reporting and Compliance Specialist for the Career Readiness Department. 

D.7. Approve the addition of a Director of Organization and Strategic Initiatives.

D.8. Approve the purchase of Therapy Equipment from Rifton Equipment in the amount of $46,877.25 for Lincoln Developmental Center.

E. Approve the contract from Bulb Digital to provide IT planning and support for the new community childcare navigation platform in the amount of $150,000. 

F. Approve the purchase of furniture for Empower U North from Custer Office Environments in the amount of $240,530.46

G. Approve the removal of the surplus equipment and grant permission to Kent ISD to dispose of these items per policy/guidelines. 

H. Approve the second payment of Act 18 Special Education Funds. 

I. Discuss the upcoming MASB's 2023 Delegate Assembly to be held on Thursday, November 9 at 7:00 p.m.
