8.C. MOU Approval
Description:
1. Request to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the licensed staff to add FFA Advisor to the Extra Duty Salary Schedule at Level A.
2. Request to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with each employment group to add a retention bonus for the 2023-2024 school year in the amount of $2000 per full-time employee and a prorated retention bonus for part-time employees. The retention bonus would be paid 1/2 in December 2023; the other 1/2 to be paid in June 2024. |
