Approve the hiring of Andy Colvin as Economic Development Director. 

Approve Procurement Process for SS4A Grant. 

Approve Resolution 2025-6, Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance.

Approve replacement of catalyst filter element and fuel filter. 

Approve Rutt's Pay App #9.

Discussion/Action on 1&6-Year Plan and set hearing.

Discussion/Action on Insurance Renewal (EMC and Kinsale).

Discussion/Action on Fire Alarm System. 

Discussion/Action on Employee Handbook errors.

Executive Session - report to Council of progress on pending litigation involving previous City Employee.
