Discussion/Action on Economic Development Funding- Jeanne Reigle. 

Discussion/Action on JEO contract amendment.

Approve Elkhorn Valley Mutual Aid Association's Mutual Aid Agreement. 

Discussion/Action on permitting alcohol at the Fire and Rescue Department's dinner on Saturday, May 3rd at the Fire Hall. 

Approve Curtis Lapour for Madison Fire and Rescue. 

Approve Resolution No. 2025-3; City of Madison as applicant on the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund Application for the development of the new construction of 3 Duplex Rental Units.

Approve Resolution No. 2025-4; Contract with Five Rule Planning for Preparation and Submission of the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund Application.

Discussion/Action on Rutt's pay app number 07.

Approve change order on Digger Truck, two-wheel drive to four-wheel drive.

Discussion/Action on city credit cards.
