Per the request of the parents, the Board will be moving into closed session for the purpose of conducting a disciplinary hearing.
I need a motion to go into closed session under Section 8 (b)) of the Open meetings act which states it is permissible to enter closed session to discuss a student disciplinary decision at the request of the student or parent. |
