Policy Chair Palmer called the meeting to order at 8:00am. The meeting was held in room 219 to allow more space and at 8:45am the meeting was moved to room 217 due to class starting in 219.

The Policy Committee discussed the policies that are currently in review or have been approved by the board. Policy 704 will have a 2nd reading at the Dec. 16th work session. Policy 213 will come to the board for a 1st reading on Dec. 16th. The committee discussed policy 522 and will come before the board in 2026.
