3. Discussion and possible action to approve the following budget amendments:

• 3A. BA #2526-06 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $142,402 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B. BA#2526-08 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $34,165 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees' discretionary funds.
• 3C. BA #2526-09 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $1,294,016 to appropriate expenditures for the remaining ERATE balance.
• 3D. BA #2526-10 Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $1,300,000 to appropriate expenditures for central warehouse freezer replacement in the amount of $800,000 and cafeteria equipment for schools in the amount of $500,000, with the use of funds contingent on approval from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).

4. Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation or selection of the following bids, proposals, or qualifications. Purchases shall be made from appropriations in the adopted/amended budget.

• 4A. Renewal of RFP 23-022: Athletic Equipment.  Estimated expenditures of $115,000.
• 4B. RFP 25-015: Unemployment Compensation Insurance.  Estimated expenditures of $92,868.
• 4C. Multiple Cooperative Contracts: Testing Materials.  Estimated expenditures of $500,000.
• 4D. CTPA Lewisville ISD RFP 2822-21: Student Attendance Data Management.  Estimated expenditures of $54,490.
• 4E. Buyboard 773-25: Dust and Wet Mops.  Estimated expenditures of $65,000.
• 4F. RFQ 2025-005: Professional Geotechnical and Materials Engineering and Testing Consultant Services.  

5. Discussion and possible action on the Guidance & Counseling Department, including:

• Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo ISD and SCAN

6. Discussion and possible action on the Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo ISD and Texas A&M International University to provide dual credit courses for students in grades 9-12.

7. Discussion and possible action on the final completion and the release of retainage in the amount of $8,640 to Midas Contractors, LLC, RFCSP # 2024-003 - Repairs and Installation of Wrought Iron and Chain Link Fences - Gallego Elementary.

9.  Discussion and presentation on Instructional Continuity, including:

• TELPAS Final Performance Results

• 10A. BA#2526-11 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $54,940 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees' discretionary funds. 
• 10B. BA#2526-12 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $79,010 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 10C. BA#2526-13 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $17,931,058 to appropriate revenues due to House Bill 2 in the amount of $13,180,763 and increase payroll appropriations for the approved compensation plan in the amount of $4,750,295. This budget amendment aligns the 2025-2026 annual budget to the approved compensation plan and the requirements passed by HB2, 89^th Texas Legislature. 
• 10D. BA#2526-14 Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $648,757 to appropriate expenditures for the 2025-2026 approved compensation plan.

11. Discussion and possible action to appropriate General Fund Support for schools recently recognized as National Blue Ribbon Schools for the 2025-2026 academic year.

12. Discussion and possible action to approve the modification of construction documents for the Martin High School JROTC project to include roof improvements for a greenhouse/FFA vocational program.

13. Discussion and possible action to approve the construction of an accessible ramp on the northeast side of Milton Elementary School. 

14. Discussion and possible action to approve the cost estimate and options for the upgrade and modification of the existing Cigarroa Middle School facilities to house the NEXT STEP Special Education Program.
 

15. Discussion and possible action to hire contracted services to review the condition of the wall located on the northwest side at Don Jose Gallego Elementary School.

16. Discussion and possible action regarding updated or revised policy DEA (Local).
