3A. BA #2324-29 Discussion and presentation to review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment to reclassify local revenues to state revenues in the amount of $5,135,492 due to an increase in the state mandated homestead exemption to $100,000 by SB2, increase local revenues in the amount of $700,000 due to an increase in interest income, decrease federal revenues in the amount of $700,000 due to SHARS federal reimbursements, and to increase the transfer out to Athletics Fund (181) in the amount of $312,000 for transportation, competition expenses and contract athletic trainers - this amendment is contingent on the approval of the midyear review.
3B. BA #2324-30 Discussion and presentation to review the Debt Service Fund (511) budget amendment to reclassify local revenues to state revenues in the amount of $979,462 due to increase in the state mandated homestead exemption to $100,000 by SB2 - this amendment is contingent on the approval of the midyear review.
3C. BA #2324-31 Discussion and presentation to review the Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $791,971 to appropriate additional revenues and expenditures for the Supply Chain Assistance (SCA) (2023), 3rd Payment - this is contingent on the approval of the midyear review.
3D. BA #2324-32 Discussion and presentation to review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $20,985 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
3E. BA #2324-33 Discussion and presentation to review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $10,000 for the reclassification of residual Winter Storm URI funds from Daiches Elementary water fountains in the amount of $2,680 and from the replacement of a box truck for Custodial Services in the amount of $7,320 to the parking lot improvement project for Custodial Services in the amount of $10,000 and this budget amendment is contingent on approval of agenda item #12.
3F. BA #2324-34 Discussion and presentation to review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $39,000 for the reclassification of residual Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) funds from the cinder block wall for Martin High School in the amount of $5,000, from the renovation of a vocational classroom for Martin High School in the amount of $4,700, from security gates for Tarver Elementary in the amount of $20,550, and from painting services for Nixon High School, Christen Middle School, the Athletics department, and Martin High School in the amount of $8,750 to the purchase of a groundskeeper tractor for the Athletics Department in the amount of $9,500, to painting services for Ligarde Elementary in the amount of $9,300 and the purchase of playground canopy shades for Don Jose Gallego Elementary in the amount of $20,200 and this budget amendment is contingent on approval of agenda item #13.
