July 31, 2025 at 6:00 PM - Special Board Meeting

1. Call meeting to order and recording of members present and absent.

2. Public comment allowed in accordance with the GPS board adopted procedures for public comment.

3. Proposed executive session to deal with a variety of personnel matters.  After discussion, the board will return to open session and vote on their decision.  Title 25 O.S. Section 307(B) (1), and the Grandfield Board of Education Policies Manual (BEC).

4. Vote to convene into executive session.

5. Acknowledge the board’s return to open session.

6. Statement of executive session.    

7. Vote on the recommendation of the Superintendent to non-renew the employment of Malinda Rodriguez.

8. Vote on the recommendation of the Superintendent to terminate the employment of Kami Wampler now referred to as Kami Mann.

9. Vote on the recommendation of the Superintendent to issue multiple support staff contracts.

10. Vote on the recommendation of the Superintendent of the adjunct certification list for teachers for the 25-26 school year.

11. Vote on the recommendation of the Superintendent for the student handbook for the 25-26 school year.

12. Vote on the recommendation of the Superintendent on the Athletic Handbook for 25-26.

13. Vote to approve update to Activity Fund Payable Clerk, Accounts Payable Activity Fund Bond, and Frazer Bank signature card.

B. Security plans at the elementary school
