11. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Ouray City Council will enter an executive session for the purposes of receiving legal advice from the City’s Attorney on specific legal questions in accordance with C.R.S. section 24-6-402(4)(b), involving current litigation involving the City, specifically Troxell v. City of Ouray, Ouray District Court Case no. 2026CV30008. The executive session will also be held pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop negotiation strategy, and instruct negotiators regarding this pending litigation.
