Consider and take possible action to approve proposed Purchase/Sales Agreement for Real Property located at including possible approval of Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Real Property that may include delegation of authority to the Superintendent or Designee to negotiate, execute documents including a Real Estate Purchase and Sales Agreement and other items related to the purchase and evaluation of the property for the property described as: Lot 10, and the N/2 of Lot 11, in Block 36, in the original Town of Crane, Crane County, Texas as same shown on Replat of said Town now of record and located at 12 S Vivian Street, Crane, TX 79731 (Crane County Parcel ID #2869).

Consider and Possible Action to Authorize the Superintendent or Superintendent’s Designee to Select Professional Service Providers to Evaluate Property for Possible Purchase, including but not limited to Land Surveying Services, Real Estate Appraisal Services, Environment Testing Assessment Services, Geotechnical/Soils Testing Services, or other Inspection Services, Including Authority to Negotiate and Execute an Agreement for such Services in the Superintendent or Designee’s Discretion in the best Interests of the School District
