Policies 506, 722, and 806 must be reviewed annually. These policies will be brought back to the School Board in November for formal approval.

2.2. Teacher Seniority List
Discussion:
The seniority list has been created in accordance with the provisions of the Montevideo Educator's Association Master Agreement, Article XIII, Section 3. This preliminary list is for review only. Upon approval, the list will be posted for at least ten days to allow staff to review it and file a request for correction. The seniority list will be returned to the school board for final approval at the regular November meeting.

Discussion:
Recommending approval of the fundraising request for the Dance Team to sell popcorn from October 27 to November 7.
Recommending approval of the fundraising request for Riley Frank & Katelyn Siebert to raise money used in assisting with music purchases, costumes, set design & props for musicals.

3.2. Approve the Resolution of the Governing Board Supporting Form A Application to the Minnesota State High School League Foundation.
Discussion:
Form A is a grant request from the MSHSL Foundation to help offset some of the lost funding for free and reduced lunch students who pay a reduced fee to participate in activities.
