6.A. Consider and Approve payment of the bills and invoices for the periods 08/23/2022 TO 08/31/2022 and 09/01/2022 to 09/22/2022.

6.B. Consider and Approve the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Divide ISD that was held on August 25, 2022.

6.C. Consider and Approve the Minutes of the Public Hearing to Discuss Proposed Budget and Tax Rate of the Board of Trustees of Divide ISD that was held on August 25, 2022.

7. Discussion and Business Action Items

7.A. Consider and approve becoming a District of Innovation. 

7.B. The Board of Trustees for Divide ISD received notice that an Intruder Detection Audit was conducted by the TxSSC and a corrective action was put into place due to findings.

7.C. Consider for Approval a Resolution to Adopt the 2022 Tax Rate for Maintenance and Operations. Language to use: "I (name) move to approve the resolution as presented that sets the Maintenance & Operation property tax rate at $.8236 per $100 valuation for the 2022 tax year."
