8.A. Consider for Approval Resolution to Update Signers Listed on the Divide ISD Activity Fund Bank Account XX3479 at Security Service Bank & Trust.

8.B. Consider for Approval Board Resolution Extending Depository Contract for funds of Independent School Districts under Texas Education Code, Chapter 45, Subchapter G, School District Depositories, between Divide ISD and Security State Bank & Trust. This will be the first of three extensions allowed under TEC.

8.C. Consider and approve a reimbursement to The Divide PTO for money that they raised.
