1. Call to Order. 

2. Pledge of Allegiance. 

3. Invocation. 

4. Board Goal 1: By 2025, Throckmorton Elementary will be: a) a model school for Montessori, Conscious Discipline, and Leader in Me; b) retain 80% or more of effective teachers; c) continue to increase math and reading scores by 25%. 
Board Goal 2: Continue high obtainment of college and industrial degrees. 

Board Goal 3; Continue to increase the percentage of stakeholders who feel physically and socially emotionally safe and secure in the school environment. 

Board Goal 4: Continue to increase college and career readiness through transformative and innovative best practices, including STEM, engineering design process, AVID, CIF, employability skills, and research-based projects. 

Board Goal 5: Throckmorton Collegiate ISD will continue to have a sustainable financial model, which provides the resources necessary to realize the district's vision. 

5. Consider and Approve the
              Total Sheet and Contractors for the Throckmorton ISD New School project.

6. Consider and approve search Committee guidelines for Superintendent search by Dr.  Coulter. 

7. Consider and approve December retention bonus. 

8. Consider and approve resolution to be added to Texas Smartbuy Coop.
