X. Action Item: Move to waive the standard RFP process and authorize the Director of Facilities to award the DHHS Storage Shed project based on a three-bid market contest. The Facilities Committee further recommends that the Board vote to authorize the Director of Facilities to forward to Schumack Construction Company a May 15, 2019 Memorandum awarding the project to that company, as authority to initiate that project.
