XII. Action Item: To have the Board of Education authorize the Superintendent to execute an appropriate amendment to the existing agreement between the Madison Public Schools, and the Chartwells Division of the Compass Group USA, Inc. This amendment will reflect the contract changes necessary to run the Madison Public Schools Food Service without participating in the National School Lunch Program or the State of Connecticut’s optional Healthy Foods Certification Program. This amendment will also extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2017.
