This is the time provided for individuals to address the Board.
Visitors who wish to speak must sign up prior to the beginning of the meeting on the sign-up sheet provided. Visitors are asked to state their name and the topic on which they are speaking before they begin. Our policy is to hear a maximum of ten (10) minutes of comments per agenda item, to honor the time of all participants and to ensure the core work of the Board is completed during this meeting. We will also hear ten (10) minutes of comments on non-agendized in total. Individual speakers will be limited to two (2) minutes to allow more voices to be heard. |
