6. OLD BUSINESS:  Seventh Street Property (Old Middle School) 

Consideration and possible action regarding (i) the Approval proposed contract received by the District from SDP Development Partners, LLC in the amount of $250,000.00 in response to the sale of the District’s interest in the following described property, and (ii) subject to the successful negotiation of the additional terms and conditions sale as set forth in a Real Estate Sales Contract acceptable to the District, and authorize the Superintendent to negotiate the additional terms and conditions of sale as set forth in a Real Estate Sales Contract for the following:   
 
Tract 1: Approximately 5.6 acres of land, out of the J. Winsett Survey, Williamson County, Texas, commonly known as and referred to as the 7th Street Taylor High School/Middle School Campus
located at 410 West Seventh Street in Taylor, Texas. 

Tract 2:  Approximately 0.86 acre of land, being located out of the north part of Block Four (4) of the Dickson Addition, City of Taylor, Williamson County, Texas, and also being located at W 9th Street in Taylor, Texas. 

Together with all of the District’s right, title and interest, if any, in and to that
portion of Fowzer Street located between Tract 1 and Tract 2.

7. NEW BUSINESS:

Consideration and possible action regarding a Resolution approving the proposed Possession and Use Agreement for Transportation Purposes, proposed Development Agreement, proposed Temporary Construction Easement, and conveyance of the surface only of the real property and any improvements described as a 1.525 acre tract and a 1.065 acre tract, both out of the W. J. Baker Survey, Abstract 65, Williamson County, Texas, to Williamson County, Texas, pursuant to the terms of conveyance set forth in such agreements, and  authorizing the Board President to execute the proposed Possession and Use Agreement for Transportation Purposes, proposed Development Agreement, proposed Temporary Construction Easement, and any other documents necessary to affect the conveyance of the property to Williamson County, Texas, all as set forth in said Resolution.
