7.A. Consideration & Possible Action regarding the only proposed bid from Taylor Housing Authority in the amount of $2,500.00 per month rent received by the District in response to the solicitation of bid for the lease of the District's interest in the following described property:  

Approximately 1.75 acres of land, out of the J. Winsett Survey, Williamson County, Texas, commonly known as and referred to as the Administration Building located at 602 West 12th Street in Taylor, Texas.
