Board Goal 1 - The percentage of students reading on grade level (meets grade level) at the end of 3rd grade will increase from 26% in June 2022 to 50% by June 2027 as measured by STAAR. |
1.1 The percentage of PreK students that score on grade level or above in Circle Vocabulary will increase from 84% to 90% by June 2023

1.2 Roscoe ECC - Predicted performance on Content Based Assessments for Kindergarten scoring at or above grade level will increase from 39% to 45% in 2023
LSOA - The percentage of Kindergarten students scoring at or above grade level norm of EOY DIBELS Reading will increase from 32% to 70% in May 2023 |
1.3 Roscoe Elementary - Predicted performance on Content Based Assessments for first grade scoring at or above grade level will increase from 26% in 2022 to 32% in 2023.

Description:
The RCISD received a total of three quotes in response to the publicized RFP. RCISD FFA faculty reviewed, discussed, and compared the quotes. The recommendation is to approve the quote that was submitted by Open Range Trailers.
Supreme Trailer Sales is the second choice and Wild West Trailer was the third choice. Please know that Supreme Trailers and Wild West Trailers will need to be ordered with a delivery date of approximately March 2023 according to Ms. Tate. I have included the RFP and newspaper clippings of advertisement. |
Consider approval for North Texas Trailers LLC Mobile Lab Trailer Reference #23699 in the amount of $45,622.05 for TPRN Grant (North Texas Trailers BuyBoard #599-19)
Description:
This trailer is being purchased as a part of the TPRN Grant. The grant is in partnership with two other school districts. RCISD is the fiscal agent. RCISD is a member of the TASB BuyBoard Coop. North Texas Trailer is a member of TASB BuyboardCoop.
TASB BuyBoard conducts a competitive bidding process. |
Consider action to approve Z-Space Quote #Q-24503 for $87,080.20 for TPRN Grant. Z-Space TIPS-USA Contract #200105
Description:
This technology program is being purchased as a part of the TPRN Grant. The grant is in partnership with two other school districts. RCISD is the fiscal agent. RCISD has been a member of TIPS-USA Coop since 2005. Z-Space is a member of TIPS-USA.
Z-Space and RCISD being members of TIPS-USA meet the competitive bidding requirements established by law. |
