I. Call to Order: Announce Quorum Present

ACTION ITEM: Discuss approval of a resolution retaining professionals in connection with, and authorizing the issuance of Petersburg ISD time warrant, series 2018;providing for the payment of such time warrant; specifying the terms and features of said time warrant; and resolving matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment and delivery of said time warrant
