6. Discussion:  Action/No Action to adopt a resolution on the Dedicated Fund Balance for the Fiscal Year ending August 31, 2023.

7. Discussion: Action/No Action on the Veribest ISD 2023-2024 Official Estimated Budget by Fund and Function. 

8. Discussion: Action/No Action to approve the Veribest ISD 2023 Maintenance and Operation Tax Rate of $0.7728 and an Interest and Sinking Tax Rate of $0.50 for a total 2023 Tax Rate of $1.2728 per $100.00 property value by Ordinance.
